The practice of gentle stretching and breathing exercises improves posture, flexibility and body awareness, aids effective relaxation and helps to avoid the minor ailments of pregnancy. Yoga helps us to trust in our bodies and to get in touch with our birth giving instincts. Clare is a practising midwife, Iyengar Yoga teacher and mother of two with a commitment to the principles of Active Birth
